Door Signs
MCDL designates the standard types and sizes for tenant door signs. The categories of “Medical Specialty” that are placed on the door signs are determined by utilizing guidelines provided by the Dallas County Medical Society and Medical City Hospital.
Because Braille and Raised Lettering are ADA requirements on signage, it typically takes approximately 2 weeks to prepare a new sign. The cost of the new sign is dependent upon the size and the number of characters contained on the sign.
The initial tenant sign is provided at no cost to the tenant; however, any changes made to the door sign thereafter, i.e., adding or deleting a physician’s name, adding a sub-tenant, etc.; the costs of such will vary and be borne by the tenant.
