RENTAL PAYMENTS
MCDL does not forward monthly invoices for rental payments. Rather, you will be advised by a letter each January as to the amount of the monthly rental for that particular year. Additionally, if there are special circumstances during the year whereby the rental is scheduled to change, the tenant will be notified accordingly by letter as to the new monthly rental. The monthly rental is due on the first of each month and is considered late after the 10th of each month. When making payments for rental, please make your check payable to Medical City Dallas, LLC. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

TELEPHONE & ANSWERING SERVICE

PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
You will typically receive a personal property statement from the City of Dallas on an annual basis. The City assesses a value to your furniture and fixtures and requires you to pay tax accordingly on such value.
