MCDL’s goal is to respond to the needs of our tenants and their staff in the most efficient and effective manner possible. To simplify the process, we have implemented a single phone number for all inquiries. A single individual dispatches your request to various departments in our organization and subsequently tracks your request to satisfactory completion. It is the Medical City “Hotline”, which is ext. 5555 or (972) 566-5555.

You may dial this number for any service that may be required within your office. This number is answered 24/7. For example, some of the more common requests are: special housekeeping needs, light bulb replacement, plumbing, air conditioning or heating problems and notification for pick up of bio-hazardous material.
