HEARING IMPAIRED SERVICES
Medical City has a “Telecommunications Device for the Deaf” (TDD) which allows one to communicate to a hearing impaired patient that is outside of Medical City. These Units are located in the Communication Department in Suite B-214. You may contact them at (972) 566-7000 for use of this device and for additional information.
LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION SERVICES
For language interpretive services for patients and visitors whose primary language is not English, you will need to go to www.languageline.com and click on “Need an Interpreter Now” to set up an account for immediate services.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION
