The Medical City Photo ID Badges allow entrance into the free covered parking on the east side of Building C (Garage B). Physician employee staff may purchase these photo identification badges/parking cards in Suite B-220, the Parking & Security office.
The deposit cost of each badge is $20.00. At the time of purchase, you will be asked to 1)present your driver’s license; 2) know your license plate number; 3) and have completed a Badge Application Form. The Badge Application Form is available by clicking the link below. A Photo ID is taken at the time the Badge is made. Please check the times the parking office is open and available to purchase the Badges and have your photo taken. You may contact the Parking directly at ext. 5531 or 972-566-5531 with any questions.
Please be reminded that this is a “mixed” use garage for physicians, as well as, campus employees. Physician parking is designated and requires a special “sticker” on the physician auto to park in these areas without being ticketed.
Your Photo ID Badge may be returned to Suite B-220 for a full refund of $20.00.
