Parking
When entering the “City”, you will find signage and parking facilities that will guide you to either Buildings A, B, C, D or E. For convenience, one should utilize the parking areas that are directly located in front of each Building and open 24 hours per day. For example, parking for Buildings D & E is located at the corner of Park Central and Merit Drive.
The parking charges may be paid with cash or check and are as follows:
- Less than 1 hour: $1.00
- 1 to 2 hours: $2.00
- 2 to 3 hours: $3.00
- 3 to 24 hours: $4.00
- Lost Ticket: $4.00
MCDL provides surface and garage parking for patients and campus visitors 24 hours per day. The parking charges may be paid be either cash or check and are as follows:
If a patient or visitor determines they will be at Medical City for a week or more, a Parking Pass may be purchased from the Security Department in Suite B-220. This Pass will allow unlimited “in and out” privileges without the daily charge exceeding the maximum charge of $7.00 per day.
Tenants may also purchase patient / visitor parking validation coupons from the Building Management’s office in Suite C-840 in $1.00 increments. Some tenants choose to provide such parking “validation” for their patients. If however, a tenant purchases $1,000 in parking coupons, they receive a discount in that they will receive 250 free or a total of 1,250 coupons.
Valet
A Valet Parking Service is located on the campus for patients and visitors at the entrances to Buildings A, C and D. The valet parking charge is $6.00, regardless of length of stay during any 24-hour period. Tenants may also purchase valet parking passes directly from the Valet Parking Service.
